This course set is designed for pool lifeguards who are required to undertake annual recertification of their knowledge and skills including CPR as part of legislative and industry requirements. Students completing this Refresher course will have previously completed these units and hold a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and will be regarded to have substantial experience in this field as part of their role in the workplace or community.

SISCAQU002 - Perform basic water rescues
PUAEME003 - Administer oxygen in an emergency
HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
 
Candidates that also require HLTAID015 - Provide advanced resuscitation can contact Aquatic Education directly to complete the qualification.
